Chris O’Kane has been active in education and amateur astronomy in Scotland. Having served 10 years in Glasgow high schools and 9 years at Glasgow Science Centre as an Audio Visual Technologist. Past President and current Vice President of the Astronomical Society of Glasgow.
Chris led a High School student’s project researching the anomalies of the Cydonia region of Mars which was presented at the Edinburgh International Science Festival in April 1996, leading to the discovery of the NK Pyramid that is named after North Kelvinside High School.
Chris is currently engaged in educational film, video and TV productions in Scotland.
